On March 22nd, James Murray from Business Cloud Services, and David Lightfoot from David Lightfoot CFO will share their experience and examine a business sale in process where the owners learned of a serious data security breach from their prospective purchasers during due diligence.

Key questions they will answer:

  • How can this be dealt with effectively?
  • What happens to the deal and the value of the business?
